You have come to the right place to help you get the body you desire with the convenience you need. This is your online personal training site where you and I will work together to create a personalized fitness program full of fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your individual fitness goals. Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. Every program is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results!

As your Coach and partner, with more than 10 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry, it is my personal mission to empower you to make health, fitness and wellness a permanent part of your life. I am a Nesta Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor/Trainer and YogaFit trained instructor. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from SUNY Stony Brook and am near completion of my Master’s Degree in Public Health from New York Medical College, with a specific focus in woman’s health. As a busy wife and mom of three small children, I understand how difficult it can be to find time to exercise and eat a well balanced and nutritious diet. I know what it takes to jump start your fitness and create a healthy lifestyle you can enjoy! Make the decision to finally put your health and fitness needs first.
