New Yoga Program! East meets West. The best of both worlds for your body, boot camp style!

Putnam County Adventure Boot Camp Boot Camp isn't your average boot camp program. We are now offering a four week experience that combines instruction in Fitness Training and yoga in one innovative program! This unique program will challenge you to attain the next level of fitness and strength! Each week the workouts become progressively more difficult and intense. As the workouts become harder, expect to see a dramatic improvement in your work capacity. You will be amazed at how much your strength, agility and cardiovascular levels improve in just four weeks!

Putnam County Adventure Boot Camp is designed in four week sessions with classes five times per week featuring the following schedule:

* Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Boot Camp!

Interval training including a blend of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and core conditioning for the ultimate total body workout! Exercises include: Short distance running (less than one mile), weight training, jumping rope, circuit training, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more! This unique blend of exercises will challenge participants at any level. Putnam County Adventure Boot Camp's unique training program is a step above the rest and will set your metabolism on fire!

* Tuesday, Thursday: Yoga!

Challenge your mind and body with a demanding yet relaxing Vinyasa yoga program. You will gain a stronger core, increased flexibility, leaner muscles and better posture. Learn to 'be present' and maintain a peaceful state of mind no matter what life brings. Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous and graceful yoga practice of dynamically sequenced postures synchronized with the breath. Your instructor will lead you through an easy to follow work out designed to sculpt your body, improve flexibility, coordination and muscle tone all while focusing on the breath while moving through the postures. Modifications given throughout the program make it easy to adapt the postures to one's varying level of ability. Each class ends with a tranquil surrender and meditation to help you set positive intentions for the day ahead.

  • Boot Camp & Yoga Monday-Friday, 5-days per week for four weeks- $399 investment in yourself
  • Boot Camp only - M-W-F, 3 days/week for four weeks -$239
  • Yoga only - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2 days/week for four weeks -$160
  • Special Mini Camps 5-days only Monday-Friday Boot Camp & Yoga - $199 for two weeks
*All sessions will include the 3 Day/M-W-F Women's Only Boot Camp option and/or 2 day - Tuesday/Thursdays - Yoga. 5:30 AM - 6:30 AM (Please see description above.)
